Emir Aminu Ado Bayero Returns to Nigeria After Working Visit to Egypt

The Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, received a warm and overwhelming welcome from thousands of Kano residents upon his return to Nigeria after an official visit to Egypt.

Supporters and admirers of the Emir lined the streets in celebration, expressing their joy and gratitude for his safe return. The massive crowd caused a significant delay, with several hours spent traveling from Malam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA) to the Emir’s Palace in Nassarawa.

It can be recalled that about two weeks ago, the Emir of Kano embarked on a working visit to Egypt. During his time there, His Highness engaged with various groups of Nigerians living in Egypt, fostering a sense of community and connection.

The Emir also held meetings with officials of the Egyptian government, members of the diplomatic Corps, and key individuals to discuss business, economic affairs, and initiatives to advance the development of Kano State and Nigeria.

Upon arriving at his palace in Nassarawa, Emir Aminu Ado Bayero expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Kano for their unwavering support and prayers. He prayed for continued blessings and prosperity for the community.

He seized the opportunity to encourage the youth to uphold values of politeness, obedience, mutual love, and peace.

The Emir commended the people of Kano for their orderly conduct and for coming out in large numbers to celebrate his safe return and the success of his visit to Egypt.
