Nigeria’s Falconets have arrived in Lilongwe ahead of Saturday’s second-leg clash against Malawi in the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.

Moses Aduku’s side hold a comfortable advantage after securing a 2-0 victory over the Young Scorchers in the first leg at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne, last weekend.

The decisive encounter will take place at the Bingu National Stadium.

The Falconets have enjoyed an impressive run on the road in the qualifiers, recording victories in both away fixtures so far.

They defeated Rwanda 1-0 in the first round before edging Senegal 2-1 in the second round.

The aggregate winners of the tie will book a place at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup finals scheduled to be held in Poland in September.
