Emir of Rano Gifts Cash, Clothing to 120 Graduating Quranic Students

The Emir of Rano, Ambassador Dr. Muhd Isa Umaru, has disbursed cash gifts and clothing materials to 120 graduating students of Irshaduddeen Islamiyya Shangu in Rano Local Government Area.

In his remarks, Dr. Muhd Isa Umaru praised the dedication of the teachers and management of the school, urging parents to instill good moral values in their children.

The village head of Shangu, Abdullahi Bello, expressed gratitude to the Emir and Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for their ongoing support of both Islamic and Western education development in the state.

The highlight of the event includes Quranic recitation by students Aminu M. Munkaila, and Amina Abdulazeez, and a lecture on the virtue of the Quran by Chief Imam of Faran Alaramma, Mallam Wada.

During the event, the Emir honored the retired Village Head of Shangu, Bello Shangu, and the late Mal. Ado Sani, recognizing their significant contributions to the advancement of Islamic education in the region.

Notable attendees included Rano Local Government Chairman, Muhd Naziru Yau, represented by Hon. Shehu Aliyu; Hon. Kabiru Alasan Rurum, represented by Bala Yawar; and Dankaka Dankawu, along with various Islamic clerics.
