No fewer than 450 orphans and vulnerable groups received clothes and yards across Malam Madori local Government Area.
The Special Assistant -1 on (Women’s Education) to Governor Umar Namadi, Hassana Isah, disclosed after the distribution of clothes and yards to selected 450 children across the council area.
Hassana Isah said her Foundation (Hassana Isah Lalala) and family under her mentorship distributed the items to children aged 5-13 respectively.
She said the gesture is to assist and make them happy during the Sallah break period.
In his remarks, the District head of Malam Madori Dokajen Hadejia, Muhammad Saleh Kuliya, commended the initiative aims to help vulnerable groups to enjoy the Sallah festival.
Among the participants who graced the occasion were Special Assistants, Elders, and other political Excos.
