Veteran Nollywood actor Asa Koko has sadly passed away after a lengthy battle with an undisclosed illness.
The news of his demise was shared by his colleague, Kunle Afod, in a heartfelt Instagram post on Thursday.
Afod took to social media to pay tribute to the late actor, sharing a poignant video of his visit to Asa Koko’s home before his passing.

In the video shared, Asa Koko was seen with a visibly swollen leg, courageously recounting his harrowing hospital experience and the numerous challenges he faced during his illness.

“I was hospitalised at Island. I was battling with injuries on my legs. The state governor even visited me during the treatment.”
