“We commend the Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, for his unwavering support and commitment to developing journalism and the media profession in Kano State. His dedication to fostering a free and vibrant press has enabled media practitioners to thrive,” she added.
NAWOJ Kano hails Comrade Sulaiman Abdullah Dederi, the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Kano State Council, and the entire NUJ leadership for their visionary leadership in establishing and inaugurating the Kano Online Media Chapel.
Their efforts have strengthened the bond among journalists and expanded the scope for media practice in the state.
