The Managing Director of the Kano State Housing Corporation (KSHC), Abdullahi Rabiu, has extended his warmest congratulations and heartfelt greetings to the Executive Governor of Kano State, His Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, the good people of Kano State, and the entire Muslim Ummah on the occasion of this year’s Takutaha celebration.
In a goodwill message marking the occasion, the KSHC Managing Director described Takutaha as an important occasion that provides an opportunity for Muslims to reflect on the values of faith, sacrifice, unity, compassion and peaceful coexistence.
Abdullahi Rabiu commended Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for his commitment to the development of Kano State and his continued efforts towards improving the welfare and living conditions of the people.
He urged the people of Kano to use the occasion to promote peace, mutual understanding, tolerance and unity, stressing that the progress and prosperity of the state depend largely on the collective support and cooperation of its citizens.
The MD further called on the Muslim faithful to continue praying for peace, stability and sustainable development in Kano State and Nigeria as a whole.
He wished the Governor, members of the Kano State Executive Council, traditional and religious leaders, and the entire people of Kano State a peaceful, blessed and joyous Takutaha celebration.
“May Almighty Allah accept our acts of worship, strengthen the bonds of unity among us, and continue to bless Kano State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria with peace, prosperity and progress.”
He therefore urged people in the state to continue to rally round the present administration Commitment for more dividend of democracy, he stressed.
