The Chairman of the Kano State Community Re-Orientation Council (CRC), Shakur Yassar, has officially received progress reports on the renovation of primary schools across all 44 Local Government Areas in the state.
The renovation projects were supervised by local government CRC chairmen, who coordinated implementation at the grassroots level.
Yassar commended the reports, noting that the efforts align with Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s vision to improve basic education infrastructure across the state.
He emphasized that the reports followed comprehensive monitoring conducted jointly by the CRC, the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), and the Ministry of Education.
Reaffirming his support for the governor’s education initiatives, the CRC Chairman encouraged local council Chairmen to uphold integrity, fairness, and dedication in executing their responsibilities.
Some CRC Chairmen expressed appreciation to the governor for prioritizing education and pledged to sustain their efforts in ensuring continued improvements for the benefit of the people.
