CEFSAN Lauds Kano Chief Judge for Exemplary Leadership, Anti-corruption Efforts

The Public Interest Litigation Group (PILG) of the Center for Human Rights and Social Advancement (CEFSAN) has lauded the Kano State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Dije Abdu Aboki, for her exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to judicial reforms.  

A letter of commendation signed by the PILG on Monday and made available to Stallion Times read;

“An independent assessment conducted by our Research Unit reveals that since you assumed office as Chief Judge in August 2023, you have spearheaded transformative reforms aimed at enhancing judicial efficiency, transparency, discipline, institutional integrity, and staff welfare. 

“Notably, under your stewardship, decisive steps have been taken to combat corruption and foster accountability within the judiciary, ensuring that judicial processes remain credible, impartial, and free from undue influence.

“Among your many laudable initiatives, the establishment of the Judicial Public Complaints Committee stands out as a groundbreaking effort to enhance public confidence in the judiciary—an unprecedented milestone in the history of the Kano State Judiciary.

“Your dedication, diligence, and reform-oriented vision serve as a testament to your commitment to a just and transparent judicial system.”

In recognition of your outstanding efforts, PILG/CEFSAN extends its sincere commendation and encourages you to remain steadfast in your pursuit of excellence.

“Be assured of our unwavering support as you continue to uphold the principles of justice and good governance. We wish you a successful and impactful tenure.”
