Nollywood actress Esther Nwachukwu, popularly known as Esther Sky, has stirred controversy with her recent comments on cosmetic surgery and relationships.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, the actress criticized women who undergo Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures, describing them as “foolish.”
Nwachukwu, who claimed she already has a naturally big backside, said she would never consider BBL surgery, insisting that it makes women appear fake.
“It is only foolish women that do BBL,” she said. “I can only remove tummy and arm fat. I don’t need BBL.
“I already have a big butt. BBL doesn’t define beauty—it just means you’re fake and not natural.”
Beyond her take on beauty enhancements, the actress also advised single women to steer clear of married men, warning that such relationships are emotionally damaging.
“Dating a married man is heartbreaking,” she said.
“No single girl should ever love or take a married man seriously.”
Nwachukwu shared her own experience, revealing that she once dated a married man, which ended poorly.
“Some married men are demons.
“They waste the lives and time of single girls and still cheat on their side chic with another side chic, even though they have a wife at home,” she said.
On the topic of romance, the actress disputed claims that Nigerian men lack romantic gestures but singled out certain regions.
“It’s not true that Nigerian men are not romantic. But in my experience, men from Enugu and Imo states are no longer romantic. Men from other parts of the country are still romantic,” she added.
Her remarks have sparked mixed reactions online, with some praising her candidness and others criticizing her tone and generalizations.
