The Kano State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) may soon experience a massive wave of resignations from key political figures and party leaders.

The recent resignation of party chieftain, Aminu Dabo, was merely the tip of the iceberg regarding the political crisis brewing within the party’s ranks.

This assessment was made on Wednesday by Engr. Mansur Ahmed while addressing journalists following his own official resignation from the APC.

He stated that the APC in Kano is currently plagued by persistent internal feuds that show no sign of resolution in the near future.

Engr. Ahmed revealed that numerous concerned leaders and stakeholders across the state are now concluding final consultations to formally leave the party.

Reflecting on his political journey, Engr. Ahmed, a former PDP governorship aspirant and the 2015 Presidential Campaign Deputy Coordinator in Kano noted that he and his associates are actively consulting with key allies to determine their next political direction.
