The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the composition of the primary election and the primaries appeal committees for the upcoming National Assembly nominations.
The APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka announced in a statement issued to newsmen on Friday.
The party urged all members and stakeholders to uphold transparency and fairness and remain peaceful during the exercise.
“The All Progressives Congress (APC) hereby announces the composition of the Primary Election Committees and Primary Election Appeal Committees for the upcoming National Assembly Primary Elections.
“The Party urges all members and stakeholders to uphold transparency and fairness, and remain peaceful during the exercise,” the statement reads.
APC fixed Saturday, 16 May 2026, for the House of Representatives primaries across 360 federal constituencies in the country.
The party equally slated the primary election for the 109 Senatorial Districts across the nation on Monday, 18 May 2026.
