In line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s directive to reform and reposition the training institutions of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), the Presidential Committee on Training Reform has visited the NSCDC Academy to assess existing facilities and recommend strategic improvements.
According to a statement on Monday by the NSCDC National Public Relations Officer, CSC Babawale Afolabi, the delegation included the Governors of Nasarawa, Zamfara, and Taraba States, Engr. Abdullahi Sule, Dr. Dauda Lawal, and Dr. Agbu Kefas, alongside other key committee members.
The visit reflects the vision of the Commandant General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, to strengthen capacity building and enhance the Corps’ operational efficiency.
As vision aligns with determination, the Corps stands ready to usher in a new era of renewed hope and excellence.
