President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday received Honourable Abdulmumini Jibrin Kofa, the lawmaker representing Kiru/Bebeji Federal Constituency of Kano State, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

While details of their closed-door meeting were not disclosed, the visit has sparked speculation given Jibrin’s close ties to Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the leader of the Kwankwasiyya Movement. Jibrin is also a prominent member of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP).

The presidency released photos of the meeting, which quickly drew attention and reactions across social media platforms.
