Brenda Biya, daughter of Cameroon’s President Paul Biya, has made a bold political statement by calling on citizens not to vote for her father in the October 2025 presidential election.
Speaking during a TikTok live session, Brenda, who is also known by her stage name King Nasty, accused her father’s 43-year rule of fostering poverty, unemployment, and economic stagnation in the country.
At 92, Paul Biya remains one of the world’s longest-serving leaders, having governed Cameroon since 1982.
His administration has frequently faced criticism for authoritarianism, corruption, and disputed election outcomes.
