Nigerian Afrobeat star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has disclosed that he spent $3.7 million on his forthcoming white wedding with his wife, Chioma Rowland, in Miami, United States.
He made the revelation in a viral video during preparations for the event, saying, “I spent $3.7 million cash, so we should know what we are doing here.”
Davido had announced the wedding date a few months ago.
In an interview with The Breakfast Club earlier this year, the ‘Fem’ crooner confirmed that the couple, who traditionally tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony at Eko Hotels, Lagos, in June 2024, will hold their white wedding in Miami, Florida, in August 2025.
Ahead of the ceremony, the couple arrived in style for their pre-wedding party in Miami, setting the tone for what is expected to be one of the most glamorous celebrity weddings of the year.
