The Kano State Online Media Chapel has commenced the sale of membership forms for practicing journalists, particularly those working in the digital and online media sector.

A statement signed by the Chapel’s Financial Secretary, Comrade Kabiru Basiru Fulatan, said the forms are available for a fee of ₦5,000. Interested applicants are advised to visit the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) Secretariat at Farm Centre, Kano, and contact the Chapel Secretary, Isiyaku Ahmed, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily to obtain their forms.

The Chapel encourages all eligible journalists and online media professionals to seize this opportunity to join a progressive association that is committed to advancing professionalism and unity within the digital media community.

“We urge all practicing journalists in the digital space to take advantage of this initiative and become part of a vibrant, forward-thinking body dedicated to promoting ethical standards and collaboration among media practitioners,” the statement added.
