Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has ruled out Matheus Cunha from Sunday’s Premier League clash against Manchester City.
Recall that Cunha picked up injury during Man United’s 3-2 win over Burnley before the international break.
Speaking with the club’s website, the Portuguese tactician stated that Cunha will miss this weekend’s clash through injury.
“They are out for this game, I don’t know how long it’s going to take. We need these guys to be a competitive team.
“We have very good players, who are eager to play, so we will be competitive on Sunday. But they are out.
“If you talk to Cunha outside, he will say he can play this game. They are pushing really hard.”
