A human rights activist, Comrade Adeniyi Alimi Sulaiman, invoked and consulted Ifa Oracle during the October 1st Independent rally against bad leaders/governance and hunger in the country where the curse was raining on those who made life unbearable for the common masses of the country.
Comrade Sulaiman led other members of his human rights organization, the Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ) to participate in a protest against hunger in the land organized by #end bad governance groups.
Other members of the group including; Comrade Michael Agassi, Assistant the Secretary-General (AGS), Comrade Alani Olaniyan, the Director of Mobilization, and Comrade Olalekan Alabi, the Director of Photography respectively, joined their leader, Comrade Sulaiman to participate in the protest.
According to the Press release by the CHRSJ’s Media Office and made available to newsmen on Tuesday, the CHRSJ Chief expressed concern over the present economic policy of the government which he described as anti-masses, urging President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to do the needful on how to ameliorate the suffering of the Nigerian masses with immediate alacrity
While addressing the journalists during the protest, Sulaiman, who is Executive Chairman of the Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice(CHRSJ), disclosed that only President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should not be blamed for the present economic woes in the Country but including all the thirty-six (36) State Governors that failed to inform President Tinubu of the pains and pangs being faced by the masses in their various states of the federation.
He added that the Governors were keeping quiet because they were beneficiaries of the fuel subsidy removal in respect of the increment in their monthly allocations to their States.
The rights activist therefore called on the people of like minds to join hands together to rescue the Nigerian masses from the shackles of the bad government, advising the people to be on red alert to rescue themselves from the hands of bad government.
