The Emir of Kano, His Highness, Aminu Ado Bayero, has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the Chief of Army Staff, General Taoreed Lagbaja, describing his death as a significant loss to the nation.
During a condolence visit to the Defence Headquarters, the Emir extended his sympathies to the military authorities.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the late General eternal rest and Aljannatul Firdaus.
Furthermore, His Highness conveyed his heartfelt condolences to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Nigerian Armed Forces, and the entire nation.
