Current PDP’s crisis is artificial – 2019 Female Presidential Aspirant

A former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential aspirant in 2019, Nana Abdulrahman, has revealed that the current party’s crisis is artificial creations adding that what is currently happening in the party are all plots to see that the party failed to regain its vigor again by some few party members in with the support of some external forces.

Speaking to Starliontimes in Kano the former aspirant said, as a PDP aspirant in 2019, she is in a better position to lead the party to victory in 2027.

She explained that as a true PDP member, she is optimistic that Nigerians are now better enlightened that PDP is the only answer to the nation’s current disheartening incidences.

Nana further told this medium that, she has been contacted by many concerned PDP big wigs to contest the position of the party’s national chairman adding that she had accepted the offer and will make a formal declaration of her aspiration in Abuja soon after the outcome of the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) meeting.

“Strong party members of PDP are not happy with what is happening in the party and that is why they consulted me to contest for the national party chairmanship.

As a female aspirant and a party member who has been in the party for decades, I am sure I can revive the party to its former glory, because what is happening in the party currently are all intentionally formulated by a few people,” she said.

She further revealed that her first assignment is the reconciliation of all factions within the part.

She emphasizes that the party’s acting national Chairman Umar Damagun and Ezenwo Nyesom Wike have to go for being two measure party members shouldering the party crisis.

Nana stressed that if given the mandate as the first female national chairperson of PDP, she will make history that has never been done, because she vows to put the party back in shape within 6 months.
