Kogi State Governor, Usman Ahmed Ododo, has approved the Fiscal Responsibility Commission (FRC) appointment.
The Commission is established by the Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2007, to ensure the implementation of its provisions.
The FRC has a mandate to ensure that revenue-raising policies, resource allocation decisions, and debt management decisions are undertaken prudently, transparently, and in a timely fashion, as provided for in the law.
Consequently, the following persons have been appointed as members of the Kogi State Fiscal Responsibility Commission (FRC)

(3) Mr. Yahaya Drisu Kogi East Commissioner

(4) Ayodeji Emmanuel Esq. Secretary
(5) Tom Abutu – Representative of Labour- Member
(6) Amb Idris Muraina Ozovehe – Representative of civil society organisation-Member
(7) Mr Femi Ajisafe- Representative of Organised Private Sector-Member
(8) Permanent Secretary Finance -Member
(9) Permanent Secretary Ministry of Justice -Member
