In a bold demonstration of his commitment to delivering on his campaign promises, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has taken a significant step towards improving infrastructure at the Kogi State College of Education (KSCOE), Ankpa.

The Kogi State Road Maintenance Agency (KOGROMA) is currently conducting a technical visit to the college to inspect and take measurements for the proposed rehabilitation and construction of internal access roads within the institution’s premises.

This initiative underscores Governor Ododo’s proactive leadership and dedication to creating a more accessible and conducive environment for both staff and students.

His administration’s approach to governance emphasizes action over rhetoric, setting a new standard for responsive leadership in Kogi State.

During a recent media tour of the college, the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, commended the Provost, Dr. Fashagba Paul Femi, for effectively representing the government’s vision and implementing its policies.

Similarly, the Commissioner for Works, Engr. Mohammed Yusuf Ahovi, praised Dr.

Fashagba’s commitment to providing a quality academic environment, promising to convey the college’s infrastructural needs to the Governor, a promise now being fulfilled.

Dr. Fashagba expressed appreciation to Governor Ododo for his continued support, stating, “Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is not just making promises; he is working the talk.”

The road rehabilitation project forms part of the administration’s broader effort to enhance road networks across the state and improve the quality of public infrastructure, particularly within educational institutions.

Governor Ododo’s latest intervention reaffirms his resolve to transform Kogi State through purposeful infrastructure development and to strengthen the education sector as a foundation for sustainable growth.
