The Committee for verification and payment of backlog of gratuities, under the leadership of the State Accountant General, Umar B. Ahmad Tambuwal, has announced a crucial verification exercise for retirees.
Retirees who left service in January, February, March, and April of 2019, as well as those who retired in August and September of 2024, are requested to visit the Ministry of Finance Headquarters on Friday, April 11, 2025, to check for their names.
The Committee further advises individuals who find their names on the list to return for the verification process on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
According to the official statement, the verification exercise will continue on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at the same venue.
Retirees are required to bring their Pension Identification Card or any valid means of identification to facilitate a smooth verification process.
