Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has officially accepted Muhammad Diggol’s resignation as the Honourable Commissioner for Project Monitoring and Evaluation with immediate effect.
This was announced in a statement by the Governor’s spokesperson, Mr. Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa on Sunday.
Engr. Diggol was initially appointed Commissioner for Transportation when Governor Yusuf assumed office in 2023 and was later reassigned to oversee the Ministry of Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
He held the position until his resignation.
Governor Yusuf expressed his sincere gratitude to Engr. Diggol for his “selfless service, commitment, dedication, and exemplary work ethic,” when he served as a member of the State Executive Council.
The Governor extended his best wishes to Engr. Diggol for success in his future endeavors.
