Nigerian music legend 2Baba and Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru have welcomed a baby boy, marking a joyful milestone in their widely followed relationship.
Rumours of the delivery spread earlier on Friday after Osawaru was sighted at a hospital, prompting speculation that she had gone into labour.
She later confirmed the news on her official Facebook page, announcing that she and the singer had been “blessed with a baby boy.”
Her post quickly drew an outpouring of congratulations across social media.
The new arrival follows months of public interest in their union.
The couple made their relationship official earlier this year after 2Baba’s separation from Annie Idibia in January.
Their engagement on Valentine’s Eve, followed by family introductions and traditional rites, kept them in the spotlight.
In July, they held an intimate traditional wedding ceremony in Abuja, attended by close family members.
