Nigeria goalkeeper Francis Uzoho is in contention for the UEFA Europa Conference League Save of the Week.
Uzoho’s Cypriot club, Omonia Nicosia defeated Rapid Vienna 3-1 on Thursday night.
The shot stopper produced a fine save to deny Nikolaus Wurmbrand in the game.
It was the 26-year-old’s first appearance in the competition for Omonia Nicosia this season.
The shot stopper is yet to make an appearance for the club in the Cypriot League in the current campaign.
Craig Gordon, Silviu Smalenea, Bruno Varela and Ivica Ivusic are the other players nominated for the award.
