Ademola Lookman will play no part in Atalanta’s UEFA Champions League clash with Barcelona.
La Dea will be up against Barcelona in a matchday fixture at the Nou Camp on Wednesday.
Lookman, according to reports is currently nursing a knee injury.
The Nigeria international sustained the injury in Gian Piero Gasperini’s side Serie A clash with Como last weekend.
The 27-year-old is expected to be out of action for a number of weeks.
The pacy winger’s return date will be determined after more tests in the upcoming days.
Lookman registered a goal and an assist in Atalanta’s 5-0 victory over Austrian club Sturm Graz last week.
He has racked four goals and two assists in six appearances in the Champions League this season.
