The Armed Forces of Nigeria (AFN) say troops have neutralised terrorists and arrested over 20 suspects in operations conducted across the country.
The operations took place between March 30 and April 2, 2026.
The Director, Defence Media Operations, Major General Michael Onoja, disclosed this in a statement on Friday.
Onoja said the operations were conducted under the direction of the Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Olatunbosun Oluyede.
He said troops recorded successes across the North East, North West, North Central, South-South, and South East regions.
According to him, troops of Operation HADIN KAI neutralised террористs and rescued abducted civilians in Borno State.
He added that suspected collaborators and arms couriers were arrested in Adamawa and Bauchi states.
Onoja said troops of Operation FANSAN YAMMA rescued victims and engaged terrorists in Zamfara and Katsina states.
He noted that weapons and other items were recovered during the operations.
He said troops of Operation SAVANNAH SHIELD foiled kidnapping attempts and arrested suspects in Kwara State.
According to him, troops of Operation ENDURING PEACE arrested suspects linked to killings in Plateau State.
Onoja added that troops also rescued kidnapped victims in the state.
He said troops of Operation DELTA SAFE uncovered illegal oil refining sites and recovered stolen crude oil.
In the South East, he said troops arrested suspected IPOB/ESN members.
Onoja said more than 20 suspects were arrested across all theatres.
He quoted the Chief of Defence Staff as commending troops and urging them to remain vigilant.
He also urged Nigerians to provide credible information to support military operations.
