President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Friday arrived in Lagos for a working visit as the nation prepares for a low-key celebration of its 65th Independence Anniversary.
The President proceeded to Lagos after attending the coronation of the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty Oba Rashidi Ladoja, in Oyo State.
During his stay in Lagos, President Tinubu is scheduled to hold meetings with key players in the private sector as well as senior government officials.
He is also expected to travel to Imo State on Tuesday, September 30, where he will commission projects executed by Governor Hope Uzodimma.
As part of the anniversary activities, the President will commission the remodelled National Theatre, now renamed the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and the Creative Arts.
