Portugal thrashed the Super Eagles 4-0 in their last meeting on November 17, 2022.
The former European champions got their goals through Bruno Fernandes (brace), Gonçalo Ramos, and João Mário.
The Super Eagles are also scheduled to participate in the Unity Cup in May.
India and Jamaica have also been confirmed as participants in the tournament.
