Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has approved the immediate payment of April salary to workers with effect from this Friday, 14/4/2023.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Acting Head of Service, Alhaji Safiyanu Garba Bena, and made available to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi.
According to the statement, this kind gesture by the Kebbi State Government, under the leadership of Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu is to enable civil servants and pensioners in the State to celebrate Sallah with ease.
The statement further noted that respective banks have already started releasing salary alerts to workers in line with the directives of the Governor for prompt action.
