Odutola revealed that the suspects’ modus operandi involved breaking car windows and attacking innocent road users during traffic jams. Following a tip-off, the Divisional Police Officer of Sango-Ota led a team to raid the location, resulting in the suspects’ apprehension.

The suspects initially scattered upon seeing the police operatives, but the DPO pursued and caught one of them, leading to the subsequent arrest of the others with the help of the initial suspect.

The suspects will be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation.
