The Director-General of the International Peace and Secure Society (IPSS), Comrade (Dr.) Yahaya Danjuma Yusuf, has congratulated the newly appointed Minister of Defence of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, describing the appointment as well-deserved and timely.
In a congratulatory message, Dr. Yusuf said the appointment reflects the Minister’s exceptional leadership qualities, dedication, and unwavering commitment to national security.
He noted that the Minister’s vast experience in the military and defence sector positions him to lead the Ministry effectively.
“We have already begun to see positive outcomes since your assumption of office,” he stated, expressing optimism that the Minister’s strategic vision and collaborative approach will further strengthen Nigeria’s defence architecture.
Dr. Yusuf prayed for God’s guidance and protection for the Minister, wishing him wisdom, strength, and courage to deliver on his mandate with integrity and excellence.
He added that the Minister’s leadership will continue to motivate the men and women of the Nigerian Armed Forces to defend the nation with renewed commitment.
