Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Anita Natacha, popularly known as Tacha, has officially been recognised by Guinness World Records (GWR) for setting two new world records, the most cosmetic makeovers in eight hours and 24 hours, respectively.
The Guinness World Records announcement on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, confirmed Tacha’s achievement after she successfully completed her record attempts. In the 8-hour category, she completed 82 makeovers, while in the 24-hour category, she accomplished 144 makeovers, an extraordinary feat that highlights her stamina, skill, and dedication to her craft.
Reacting to the recognition, Tacha shared an emotional video on Instagram, shedding tears as she celebrated her historic achievement. Under her post, she wrote in the caption, “First Nigerian to break 2 records at a go. God did it, my messiah did it, ‘My mummy in HEAVEN!! YOU DID IT!!! I felt you holding my shoulders when my knees were shaking. I carried your strength into that room and I didn’t stop.”
She also expressed gratitude to her fans, saying, “Where would I be without you? When the world wrote me off, when I was blacklisted for being real, toucher, authentic, unapologetic! You held me up. You prayed, you posted, you pushed, you defended. You made me your personal project and refused to let me quit. Because you don’t stop, I will never stop. The world will never forget your name.”
Tacha, who rose to fame through Big Brother Naija reality TV show, has now joined the ranks of Nigerian celebrities holding Guinness World Records, further cementing her status as one of the country’s most influential media personalities.
