The Court had earlier adjourned the Matter to 10th February 2023 for Hearing and Determination of the Substantive Suit.

The plaintiffs in the suit include Arc. Khaleed Baffa, Hadiza Baffa, ESV. Joshua Echioda and Barr. Murtala Adamu Gwaram.

The respondents of the suit are the Kano State Government, Kano Urban Planning and Development Authority, Kano State Bureau for Land Management, and the Attorney General of Kano State.

The said land in contention belongs to Almukab city II one of the leading estate developers in Kano.
