The Agricultural Transformation Agenda Support Program Phase One (ATASP-1) has called on contractors handling its projects in the Kano-Jigawa Zone to speed up their completion before the end of the project by September 2023.
The National Programme Coordinator, NPC, Mohammed Ibrahim Arabi made the call on Thursday during the zonal program implementation monitoring visit by the NPCT/Fortnightly Infrastructure Project Progress Meeting held at ATASP-1 Kano-Jigawa Zonal Conference Hall.
The NPC, maintained the call become necessary bearing in mind that any contractor who failed to complete his project before that period should blame himself as all the projects were scheduled to be completed before the expiration of the project.
The ZPC, Alh Auwalu Ado Shehu also advised the contractors on speedy completion of projects.
He, however, commended contractors who have since completed their projects and admonished those lagging behind to buckle up.
