Governor Muhammad Abubakar Badaru MON, mni, has condole the families and entire journalists in Jigawa State over the death of Malam Ahmed Abubakar, Jigawa State Correspondent of The Sun Newspaper and Chairman, Correspondents Chapel, Nigerian Union of Journalists, Jigawa State Council.
This was contained in a statement, Wednesday, by the Special Adviser, Media and Public Relations to the Governor, Habibu Nuhu Kila.
According to the statement, Governor Badaru described Malam Ahmed as a promising and dedicated Journalist whose contributions to the development of the state in enlighten and educating the public through the medium he represented will ever be remembered.
He sympathizes with the families of the late Ahmed, the Journalists in the state and the Management of The Sun Newspaper for the great loss.
He prayed to the Almighty to grant him eternal rest.
