The Juggernaut reports for duty tomorrow in the heavyweight action at London’s Copper Box Arena between him and Zhilei Zhang this weekend. He is looking to secure a huge heavyweight fight against the likes of Tyson Fury or Anthony Joshua.

Zhang is a dangerous opponent to overcome. In fighting the towering Chinese southpaw. Joe Joyce doesn’t intend on using his normal straight-ahead ‘Juggernaut’ style of the fighting because he understands the threat the mighty two-time Chinese Olympian poses.

We will watch it tomorrow as Joyce’s greatest strengths which are his non-stop aggressiveness, chin, and heavy-handed use against Zhang, the Southpaw, who has a good jab and left cross. Zhang is durable and can stand toe-to-toe.

Joe Joyce”s WBO interim heavyweight title is on the line, and there’s a lot more than that at stake for him. A victory will guarantee a title shot against IBF/WBA/WBO champion Oleksandr Usyk.

The fight is a must-win for Joyce. Joyce is understandably bitter about the 25-year-old Dubois getting a title shot ahead of him against Usyk, as he’s undefeated and owns a knockout victory over Dubois.

Boxing fans agree it looks wrong that it is Dubois who gets a title shot ahead of the unbeaten, more accomplished Joyce.

One thing about this fight is it is a bout that promises to be a rock ’em sock ’em affair from start to finish on the night. Zhang has the power that could trouble Joyce if he plods forward face first like he usually does.

Joyce is coming off of eleventh-round knockout over former WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker. While Zhang is coming off a controversial 12-round unanimous decision loss to Filip Hrgovic in an IBF title eliminator on the undercard of Joshua vs. Usyk II in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I see the winner of the bout to be decided by a split decision. A KO is really unlikely
