Ododo Appoints Nana Hauwa as DG Kogi State Broadcasting Corporation

Governor of Kogi State, Ahmed Usman Ododo, has appointed Yussuf Nana Hauwa as the Director-General of the Kogi State Broadcasting Corporation.

A Statement on Tuesday from the office of the Commissioner for Information and Communications said the appointment which takes effect immediately, comes after a thorough selection process that recognized e Nana Hauwa’s exceptional qualifications and dedication to public service.

Nana Hauwa brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having held various positions within the broadcasting industry. Her commitment to promoting quality programming, engaging with the community, and upholding media professionalism perfectly aligns with the Corporation’s mission.

The Commissioner of Information and Communications, Hon Kingsley Fanwo, expresses full confidence in Nana Hauwa’s ability to lead the Corporation to new heights.

He believes that her leadership will significantly contribute to the growth and development of the state’s broadcasting sector.

Fanwo congratulates Nana Hauwa on her appointment, saying he eagerly anticipates the positive impact she will undoubtedly make at the Corporation.

He also thanks the outgoing Director General, Mr Ojo Oyila Ozovehe for his immense contributions to the corporation’s transformation, wishing him the best in his future endeavors.
