Transfer: Continental Clubs indicates interest in Pillars players

Nigeria representatives in the 2021/2022 Caf champions league and confederation cup, Rivers United and Enyimba international football clubs have sent their letters of interest to Kano Pillars Football Club indicating interest in the service of two of its Players.

This was disclosed by the Sai masu gida Chairman, Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Yahaya Jambul after the club board meeting on Monday evening in Kano.

Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Yahaya Jambul said Rivers United Football Club want Auwalu Ali Malam to be with them on loan for six months which he said the agreement has reached advanced stage.

He said Enyimba International Football Club also indicate interest to out rightly buy energetic attacker Samuel Stone.

The Chairman said all the negotiations are on-going with the players and the team is ready to release any player who want to move somewhere else in or outside the country.

Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Yahaya Jambul pointed out that the club is contacting some players that would be invited to Kano Pillars Fc ahead of the forthcoming 2021/2022 football season in order to re enforce the team.

He said some players would not be with team next season and new ones would come to continue from where the ones that are going stopped in the next season.

He reaffirmed that only the players that received calls from the club would come back to start training with team in the next couple of days.

The Chairman also used the opportunity and thanked Kano state government, good people of the state, management, players, technical crew, sports writers, fans and all that assisted the club in the just concluded 2020/2021 football season and urged them to sustain the tempo.
