Ingredients:

1cup Carrot juice

Half medium avocado

½ cup grapefruit juice

½ teaspoon black pepper

A pinch of salt

1tablespoon olive oil

½teaspoon red chilli

Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Keep refrigerated and serve after an hour.

Beetroot Coconut Soup

Ingredients

2 medium beetroot chopped

Meat of 1coconut shredded

1 table spoon spring onions

½cup grape fruit juice

½ teaspoon black pepper

1cup coconut water

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend to a desired consistency. Keep in the refrigerator for about an hour and then serve with bread or alone.
