The Sokoto State Council Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Comrade Isa Abubakar Shuni has expressed satisfaction with the quality and speed of work at Government Girls Science Academy Kasarawa and Sokoto State University Teaching Hospital.
The Chairman expressed his feelings when he led a delegation of NUJ Members on an inspection visit to the two sites.
Comrade Shuni said the speed at which the projects were moving, the contractor may complete them before the scheduled period.
Earlier, the site Engineer at the Science Academy Kasarawa Engr. Jerry Idoko assured that the project would be completed by September this year, while that of Sokoto State University Teaching Hospital is expected to be completed early next year according to the project Engineer Arch. Aliyu Yahaya.
The two projects were awarded for construction by Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal at the tail end of last year to massers Calder construction Company Sokoto.
