A Team of Operation Puff Adder led by SP Bashir Tijjani, Karaye Divisional Police Officer, while on an intelligence-led patrol at Karaye Local Government Area (LGA) Kano, arrested one Rufa’i Musa, 25 years old, of Karaye LGA Kano in a Golf 3 Wagon Motor Vehicle.
According to the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Kano State Command, DSP Abdullahi Haruna, in a signed statement on Thursday, said the suspect confessed to have stolen the Vehicle from Karaye, upon investigation; the owner was identified.
The suspect further confessed to have stolen other Golf 3 Saloon Motor and Toyota Cricket Motor vehicles and sold them out at Kaduna.
Investigation to arrest his accomplices and recover more Motor vehicles is in progress, the PPRO said.
