Pillars Fc Collects Maximum Points Against Fc Ifeanyi Ubah

David Ebuka’s only strike gaves Nigeria former champions, Kano Pillars Fc the maximum three points in match day 29 in the ongoing 2020/2021 Npfl season at Ahmadu Bello Stadium Kaduna against Fc Ifeanyi Ubah.

David Ebuka separates the game with a header inside the box in the 31 minutes of play with an assistance from the Super Eagles Captain, Ahmed Musa in a corner kick from the right side of the visitors.

With this result, sai masu gida remain in the 3rd position of the table with 52 points in twenty-nine matches they played.

Addressing sports journalists shortly after the match, Kano Pillars Fc Acting Technical Adviser, Ibrahim A. Musa thanked Almighty Allah for the victory which he said is a well-deserved wining based on the performances of his players in the game.

Coach Ibrahim said he was very delighted with the result considering that they played three matches straight without wining in the last two weeks.

“We are still encountering converting chances problem in most of the game we are playing because we are getting a lot of chances but scoring ability is our major problem,” Coach Ibrahim said.

He promised to take urgent measures in order to do the needful in overcoming the problem in the next matches.

He explained that he and his players are still have confidence that they are going to win the league considering how the league is going.  

He appreciated the contributions of Super Eagles Captain, Ahmed Musa since he joined the team despite that up to now, he didn’t register his name in the goals scoring sheet but he assisted in scoring some goals in the matches he played.

Coach Ibrahim said: “getting today’s three points in their pocket is a signal to MFM that they would be in Lagos for another victory in match day 30 on Wednesday.

On his part, Chairman of the Club, Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Yahaya Jambul charged players and technical crew to tightening their belts and be focus on the task ahead of them.

Jambul assured them that government and good people of Kano state are behind them all the time and reaffirmed that their welfare is the issue of concern by his board and Kano state government as a whole.
