Kylian Mbappe, a star for Paris Saint-Germain, has supposedly asked Sergio Ramos for guidance over a potential transfer to Real Madrid.
Whilst there has been no formal confirmation, it appears that the French World Cup winner will be joining the Spanish powerhouses this summer. And as this transfer drama rages on, the 25-year-old has reportedly been consulting Sevilla defender Ramos, a former PSG teammate, for guidance on adjusting to life in Madrid, according to L’Equipe (via Diario AS). The veteran has reportedly offered the French international one of his Spanish properties, and teammate Achraf Hakimi—who has been connected to a possible return to Los Blancos—has also served as a “source of advice.”
Madrid might become an unstoppable force in both Europe and La Liga, where they currently lead Girona by six points, if Mbappe moves there. Even if Manchester City is the current Champions League champion, Carlo Ancelotti’s club might go to a higher level if one of the finest players in the world signs with them.
Ramos, 37, made 671 appearances for Real Madrid from 2005 to 21 before moving to PSG, whereas Hakimi, a full-back, saw only 17 games for the Spanish powerhouses in 2017–18. After that, he went on to establish himself at Inter, Borussia Dortmund, and finally PSG.
Mbappe and Hakimi will next be in action on the field, even if their futures are still up in the air.
