Leader of the Kwankwasiyya and presidential candidate of NNPP Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has distributed relief materials to orphanage homes, psychiatric hospitals, and graveyards in Kano.
This is in continuation of his week-long 66th birthday celebrations.
According to the Chairman of the Humanitarian Gesture Committee, Hon. Kabiru Getso Haruna said the items include clothes and cosmetics all of which were distributed to nine formations.
“Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso is always happy to put smiles on the faces of the less privileged and the downtrodden, as such he made a tradition to distribute humanitarian materials during his birthday every year,” Getso confirmed.
Also, a statement from the Kwankwasiyya Foundation and Publicity Subcommittee of the 66th birthday celebrations jointly by signed by Dr. Yusuf Ibrahim Kofarmata and Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa respectively said the Items were delivered to Dawanau Psychiatric Hospital, Mariri Orphanage Home, Dorayi Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centre, Tudun Maliki Torrey Home, Goron Dutse Juvenile Prison, Yakasai Geriatric Home, Gaya Orphanage Home, Dandolo and Tarauni Grave Yards.
