In an effort to effectively Combat Crime in the State, Kebbi State Police Command has urged the general public to be vigilant and report any suspicious persons to the nearest police station before, during and after the Eid-el Kabir festivities.
The Command’s Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Nafi’u Abubakar stated this in a press release made available to the newsmen in Birnin Kebbi.
According to the statement, “the Command hereby solicits for maximum cooperation from members of the general public to provide accurate and useful information to the nearest police station.
“And the police will continue to ensure safety of lives and property of the people of the State before, during and after the Sallah celebrations.”
The statement also indicates that the State Commissioner of Police, Adeleke Adeyinka-Bode, had on behalf of the officers and men of the command felicitates with the people of Kebbi State on the forthcoming Eid-El-Kabir Sallah celebrations.
