Kano State House of Assembly has adopted a motion sponsored by member representing Minjibir Constituency, Tasiu Zabainawa requesting the state government to construct two roads linking 12 villages to reduce suffering of the people in the area.

The roads are Minjibir-Chedi-Yola-Ladin Dandake-Zango-Baga-Sarbi-Kongo Babura road and Minjibir-Gwagwata-Tsakuwa-Kankarawa- Bawuri- Larabar Narogo in Minjibir Local Government Area.

The member said Larabar Narogo market is the biggest in the area where over 50 cows are usually slaughtered daily but because of the dwindling fortunes only about 5 cows are now killed.

The House led by speaker Abdulaziz Gafasa unanimously approved the motion and adjourned sitting till 30th November.
