Kano Pillars Fc supporters club presented Super Eagles Captain, Ahmed Musa with an award of excellent.
Presenting the award, the Chairman of the supporters’ club, Alhaji Bashir Idris jide said they decided to honour Ahmed Musa with award for his acceptance to come back and re unite with club.
Ahmed Musa received the award at Ahmadu Bello Stadium Kaduna during match day 21 encounter against Adamawa United Fc.
Alhaji Bashir Idris jide said the Super Eagle’s Captain coming back to Kano Pillars Fc is an honour to the club, government and good people of Kano state.
We don’t have words of expressing our happiness for seeing him (Ahmed Musa) wearing Kano Pillars Fc jersey and playing for the team after over ten years and considering his position in the Nigeria football and beyond, Bashir said.
He also assured their continue support to the team and thanked Kano state government for its support morally and financially to the team and hope it would do more at this material time.
Similarly, Kaduna state chairman chapter of sai masu gida fans club, Muhammad Murtala presented a replica jersey to Ahmed Musa which was produced by the chapter as part of their appreciation and welcoming him back to his constituency (Kano Pillars Fc).
Responding, Ahmed Musa thanked them for the gesture and assured that he will do his possible best to move the team to the great height.
